Review: Humanity’s Existence

But Jesus answered, “The scripture says, ‘Human beings cannot live on bread alone, but need every word that God speaks.’” Matthew 4:4 GNT

He answered, “The Scriptures say: Bread alone will not satisfy, but true life is found in every word that constantly goes forth from God’s mouth.” Matthew 4:4 TPT

We work so hard to pursue our sustenance, wealth and success. Achievements are important but will not give us true satisfaction. God’s Word does that. He made us. He completes and fills us.

Review: God’s Sovereignty

“Remember the things I have done in the past.  For I alone am God!  I am God, and there is none like me. Only I can tell you the future before it even happens.  Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish.” Isaiah 46:9-10 NLT

God is in control. He knows the future. He knows our future. Our response is to trust Him and obey His word.

Review: Humanity’s Origins

Unbelievably, five weeks remain in the Yesukan 2021 school year. Our focus has been the following:

  1. Humanity’s origins
  2. God’s Sovereignty
  3. Humanity’s existence
  4. About Jesus Christ
  5. Our Salvation through Jesus

Each week we will review the above beginning with Humanity’s Origins:

From one man, Adam, he made every man and woman and every race of humanity, and he spread us over all the earth. He sets the boundaries of people and nations, determining their appointed times in history. Acts 2:17 TPT
