Do I have to buy books?

Yes. Students pay a discounted fee for their books for the GED and ESL classes. Study materials are provided for the Citizenship and Financial classes.

You may come 15 to 30 minutes before your class to register. You will need to know your address and your emergency contact name and phone number.

Can I bring my children?

School age children are welcome. Your younger children will be permitted on a case by case basis. The young children will need to be able to remain quiet and not be a distraction to the class. In the future, Yesukan hopes to be able to have someone to assist with the young children.

Can I arrive late to class?

We know there may be times when you will have to work late or miss class. It is permitted to arrive late. We encourage that you try not to miss class. We can write a letter to your employer, to let them know that you are in school, so that whenever possible your schedule can be arranged to allow you to attend classes.

Any adult can attend, but the youngest student must be older than 16 years.
